Orpheus is the name of Wonderland's primary caretaker and protector. Orpheus often resides around the main area, constantly on the clock to ensure any dangerous monsters and time-travelling fugitives don't make their way in. She notably wears a mask over her face, though its unknown if she even has one underneath.
During a struggle with an invader from another world, Emond had been gravely injured. In her absence, Orpheus had been sculpted with terracotta. At first, she looked up to Emond with the same joy a child would to their parents. However, a lifetime of service in the wonderland allowed her to see Emond's true colours... or maybe it was just a misunderstanding. She couldn't bear the thought regardless, so she wipes her memory everytime she recalls it.
Orpheus can often be described as bubbly, but just as ditzy or airheaded. Someone socially stunted, but great with making small talk. A major flaw in her personality is her often unwillingness to cooperate with others, often acting first rather than thinking. However, it's unknown if this was intentionally done, or just a byproduct of her upbringing.
Relationships
| Emond is Orpheus' creator. Despite hearing about the rumors, Orpheus vehemently denies them, believing even someone like Emond couldn't be "that evil." Whenever Orpheus starts believing in them, she's always pulled right back to reality. | |
| Moros and Orpheus tend to fight each-other when the former escapes. Orpheus believes that Moros is "pure evil" and thus must be put down, despite the consequence of immortality permeating throughout the Wonderland. | |
| Detsu worries Orpheus, especially when it comes to safety. They tend to slip into undiscovered areas, even while being watched over by Orpheus. They're a troublemaker that Orpheus works around like an eldritch puzzle. | |
| Mischief Hilda and Orpheus have an... interesting relationship. They're not acquaintances, but they're not friends. Orpheus does like to spar with Hilda, but the latter seems more annoyed by her insistence than her actual presence. |

Trivia
- Ironically, despite being the Caretaker of the Wonderland, Orpheus is actually one of the weaker Entities overall. She excels in close-range combat like hand-to-hand and swordplay, but refuses to use guns and explosives. She also lacks any magical capabilities outside of healing.
- Orpheus is hopeful and infallibly optimistic, sometimes to the point of seeming fake. She likes to see the good in a person even when it doesn't exist, but when push comes to shove, she'll ultimately do whatever it takes to 'save the day or some else entirely.'
- Orpheus is aware of Emond's true self, but denies it outright, seeing it as a fundamentally-flawed misunderstanding of her creator. In fact, if Orpheus was forced to confront the truth, she'd probably have a complete breakdown.
- Fun Fact: Orpheus' interest in buying frilly/fancy dresses is something she developed on her own. Emond doesn't know where it comes from, but assumes it stemmed from a 'want to look cute while also being well-equipped for combat.'
- If Orpheus hosted a boxing competition, the only (real) competition she would face is from Zing Ray, Mischief Hilda, and Bloxxer-Man.

Appearances
- Emond's Wonderland: A surrealist-horror game, centered around a character simply titled "The Agent" entering the Wonderland one day. Moros is featured here as a major antagonist..
